Job Description

  • Create and Deploy successful marketing events and campaigns
    Build strategic partnership
  • Monitor the growth, development, function and reproduction of each brand (current and new) of The Caprioli
  • Management
  • Update and maintain restaurant websites’ contents and UX
  • Manage social media accounts for all restaurants and retails shops
  • Create all eDM newsletter contents and strategically target customer database
  • Organize and execute digital and print marketing campaigns, collaborations, and promotions
    Control the Marketing budget and allocate / invest funds wisely
    Build & Maintain relationships with industry media & press, journalists, KOL, influencers, vendors
  • Meet and collaborate with operations team to execute campaigns and promotions
  • Guide and direct graphics team on all visual and branding designs
  • Manage new openings or re-launches
  • Monitor and research for competitors’/ industries’ activities, trends and happenings


  • Degree holder in Marketing or relevant business subjects
  • 3-4 years relevant experience in marketing, experience in food & beverage operations will be an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; creative with excellent analytical skills
  • Independent, result-oriented and details minded
  • Good planning, marketing and promotional skills with ability of strategic analysis to maximize profitability and business development
  • Familiar with Italian cuisine and food & beverage products
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English

Our client is the fasting growing Education company across 10 countries in APAC. They are currently hiring two Sales/ Business Development Manager t 

Job Duties:

  • Directly report to Head of Sales and Marketing.         
  • Lead the sales team to explore and develop new business opportunities 
  • Initiatie and implement sales strategies to generate new leads and upsell to ensure achieve sales target 
  • Develop and implement various promotional campaign alongside with Marketing Team
  • Propose value-add offerings and business solutions to management team
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and analysis report to provide insights and optimisation 
  •  Able to identify and expand product’s target audience (B2C or B2B)
  •  Partner with key internal teams (Marketing, Content, CS) to identify the most-impact opportunities to drive sales


  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or other related disciplines 
  • Min 6 years solid experience in Sales or Business Development with 3 years management level.
  • Prefer previous experience in start up, telecom, delivery, fast growing industries   
  • Good understanding of subscription service sales industry
  • Commercial and sales driven, able to drive new leads and sales.
  • Strong command of both spoken and written English.
  • Immediately available is highly prefer

The Job

  • Embrace the new digital media to convey a different, innovative message to customers
  • Develop and edit content / copy for online customer communications
  • Assist online marketing execution team to plan and implement of digital marketing communication/programs to build brand awareness
  • Perform quality control on all advertisements and content distribution; tracks monthly performance data
  • Understand the customer preferences, profiles, attitudes and expectations towards digital platforms, and leverages this knowledge to enhance and revamp better online experience
  • Actively drive the brand’s online presence, securing the efficiency of the communication across digital media channels
  • Prepare reports (media and CRM) and provides administrative support to the team

The Person

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 2-3 years experiences in e-Commerce or digital marketing and CRM
  • Experience in retail, FMCG or digital agency is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to manage multi-task under the tight deadlines
  • Independent, self-driven and enjoy working in retail market
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Job Description

– Must have at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
– Good in spoken English and Cantonese. Translation experience is preferred.
– Passionate in animal welfare.
– Immediate start is preferable but not mandatory.
